Documents Server Issues? - Stuck in Running - Socket Hang up!

Hi there,

I'm trying to figure out why our documents stopped generated around 2hrs ago. We are getting a socket hang up error in make.com and our documents just stay in running status and then fail out after 30 minutes. Is there something wrong with the server? Our Account? Please help asap!

Please accept our apology for the outage.

It's fixed now and should be working ok.

Our developers are also researching the root cause to avoid such issues in the future.
