Documents timing out, failing to generate

Hello,

We’re currently experiencing an issue where many of our documents are failing to generate due to timeout errors. We haven’t changed anything in our inputs recently, the issue began occurring several hours ago. This outage is a major disruption to our business, are there any ongoing investigations into this? I’ve opened a ticket with more information but haven’t yet received any information about the cause or timeline for a fix. The ticket number is #SP48658, thanks.
