Dot Net user can not access design forms

Hi,
I have a big trouble about to access forms design with .net user. I have attempted to access the forms design via both clicking design forms button in lists view ribbon and manually open Plumsail forms client designer but failed to acess it. Please help me solve this trouble. Below are some screen capture of the error.

What authentication method do you use?

Is the solution deployed in this web application?
Please try to re-deploy the solution: Central Administration -> System settings -> Manage farm solutions.
If it doesn't help, please open the URL and provide a screenshot:
{web application}/_vti_bin/plumsail/forms/designer.svc/version

Thank you very much for your support. Now we can save the forms by Dot Net user properly. Lastly sorry for late response because I was on a vacation.
