Download Plumsail orgchart webpart for SP2013

We have recently purchased Plumsail orgchart webpart for SP2013.
I have received a Server ID Generator. There is no link to download the webpart.
Could you please help?

Lilly, please run the ID generator as a farm administrator on each WFE-server and follow the license installation instruction.

Thanks for that. Running the Server ID Generator has asked me to copy my server details and request sales@plumsail.com for a license file. I have sent the details to sales@plumsail.com.
Is it possible to send the license file at the earliest? It is urgent.
I couldn't progress any further.
Please let me know.
