We are in the process of evaluating the Plumsail Org Chart and one of the key features our customers have requested is the ability to drag and drop one employee node under another during situations where large re-orgs have taken place. Is this functionality included in the current Org Chart for SharePoint Online? If not, are there any plans to incorporate it?

Unfortunately, this feature is not currently available in the Org Chart.
Depending on the data source you are going to use, our team can implement this functionality for you as part of paid support. The feature can only be implemented for the SharePoint list data source, as the Org Chart does not have access to modify the Azure AD structure.
