Dropdown field in edit mode are empty

Dear all,
when I open my form in Edit mode in SharePoint Online all Dropdown fields are empty. In Display mode all entries are displayed correctly. Please help.

Could you share a screenshot of the browser console (F12)?
What is the Data Source of those dropdowns?
