Dropdown field with Excel as data source disappeared

Hello. I made a form in Plumsail Public Forms, which has 3 dropdown fields that use an excel file as the data source. When checking the form after about a week of usage, I realized that all 3 of the dropdown fields that use excel as a data source disappeared and an empty dropdown field appeared in its place. For the dropdown fields that have a static data source, there is no problem. Is there a solution for this issue? Thank you!

Can you link us these forms? Are you sure nothing has changed about the source files? Maybe they were renamed or reconfigured.

Sorry for the late reply. After updating our form, 2 weeks ago we have not encountered this issue again. This is the link to our form: LinkAja TA Candidate Form

The source file has a recurring Power Automate flow that updates the file if any changes have been made in our database. The flow only adds items to the tables in the file, it does not change the format or file name of the source file. Could this flow be the cause of this issue?
