Duplicate items in list

Hi,
When I submit my form to a SharePoint list I have a flow that starts with creating the item in the list. However this submits 2 list items (one with the fields - one without).

Any idea whats gone wrong?

Dear @flowy,
Are you using SharePoint Forms? In this case, you don’t need to use Flow - the data goes encrypted directly from your browser to SharePoint servers. If you customize form for a list - that’s it, it will work already.

Flow is just an extra feature, which you can utilize if you include Common fields on the form.
