Duplicate Users

Hello,

We are in the process of migrating users to 365, however we need to change everyones UPNs. This is causing duplicate users, is there any way to remove the duplicates?

Hello, @NickG

You can create a SharePoint group and add there only those people who works with HelpDesk. Then configure HelpDesk to choose contacts only from that group. Details you can find here.
