Dynamically omit pages from a document

I am producing a 'terms of business ' letter which I want to output into a pdf

It is made up of a number of sections. I would like to omit certain sections depending on what type of letter

As an example:

If the letter if for a Company I want sections A B and C
If it is for a individual I want sections A and C
If it is for a charity sections A and D
I would like page numbers and paragraph numbers to run

Any ideas, please?

Hi @Mark_Wallace,

  1. You can prepare 3 DOCX templates and use them in Power automate with condition block depending on the situation: generate document 1 If the letter if for a Company I, generate documents 2 If it is for a individual I, etc.

  1. Otherwise you can create one DOCX template and use hide-block-if formatter.

It can be used to conditionally hide a single block of the document. Place the sections into a table and then hide depending on the situation.

Please check out some of the scenarios in the article

Add the page numbers into the DOCX template and Word will add them automatically to the result document depending on the number of pages.
