Edit from shown blank screen after 5-10 seconds

I am currently experiencing an issue with the edit form. When transitioning from display to the edit form, all the fields' arrangement and design appear normal initially. However, after 5-10 seconds, the page becomes blank.

I have attempted to investigate and identified errors in the browser console, as shown in the picture below.

I am unsure about the nature of these errors and urgently require your assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello @Pannir,

How do you 'transitioning from display to the edit form'? Do you click on the Edit button, redirect to Edit form or use the code. Please share more details and also if possible record a short video demonstrating the behavior.
