Email Processing to a List

I have completed the workflow to process an incoming email into a list item. I am receiving no errors and have followed the directions online step by step.

However, no items are being created in the list when an email is sent to the associated mailbox.

Is there something I am missing that is simple? Has anyone else run into this issue?
