Email to external users not sending

Hi,
I have created a workflow that sends an email to multiple external users. I first tested with one internal user and one external user and it worked perfectly. I added 6 external users into the ‘to’ string builder, each separated by a ‘;’ and the email wasn’t received by anyone.

The workflow status indicates it completed without errors. Is there a special method for dealing with larger quantities of external users?

I have used a distribution list as a workaround.

As I know it should work with any number of the recipients. Could you please try to log these users to ensure all of them specified correctly.
