Here's the scenario that I am facing. Data source is Entra ID. Less than 100 employee. Not complicated org chart. Getting to be like hit and miss situation. This is done in Sharepoint site btw.
- Assistant and Dotted manager defined. I left Select start structure = blank. Layout Type = Group Leaves, Levels to expand = 15. The rest kept to default. Org Chart loaded completely from top to bottom showing dotted line and assistant manager
- Assistant and Dotted manager defined. I plugged in the name of the very top in the org chart. Layout Type = Group Leaves, Levels to expand = 15. The rest kept to default. Org Chart is not loading and just showing the endless "Loading" icon
- Assistant and Dotted manager defined. I plugged in the name of the 3rd employee from top in the org chart. Layout Type = Group Leaves, Levels to expand = 15. The rest kept to default. Org Chart loaded completely. I then try to plug in and tried the other 3rd employe from the top and loaded completely. Tried more select employee at the 4th and 5th level and still loaded completely.

When i say "not loading", i've waited for it not just a few minutes but sometimes hour or hours. Even tried to clear browser cache. Even tried loading it in incognito mode. Deleted and recreated again but no luck. Please let me know what else need to be checked. I was under the impression that the fact it loaded completely from top to bottom with the assistant and dotted line manager means the data source is fine and everything else just needs adjustment whether you are using filters and vacancies but somehow its a hit and miss situation.
