Hi,
I am getting the following error messages in the console when the form loads, but I am unable to identify which custom function is referenced in the first error and my form only has the default form set.
Error: Custom function has returned invalid result
followed by
Error: No form sets found for this content type
Any ideas of how to identify what is causing either error?

Please clarify what forms you mean: public web forms, SharePoint forms, or HelpDesk forms. Then load the page in incognito mode, open developer tools (F12), switch to the ‘Network’ tab, press Ctr+R, and reproduce the issue. Then export a HAR file:
Switch to the ‘Console’ tab, open the context menu of any record and save the logs:
