Error - document limit reached?

Greetings.

I am getting this error message from Plumsail, when trying to deliver to xodosign - and I tryed with different docx and almost emty PDFs but the same message everytime.

Hi @benjaminroepke,

The reason for this behavior is that to utilize XodoSign delivery in the non-sandbox mode you need to have an API Subscription in Xodosign - eSignature API – Secure & Reliable Electronic Signatures.

It is also confirmed by the Xodosign support.

It is worth noting that sandbox delivery works properly for free accounts.

Thanks Petr. I tried with Docusign and its works perfect, so il just do my subscription there. and thanks for the reply.
