Error during installation of HelpDesk

Hi,

I am trying to install HelpDesk on Office 365 from the Plumsail HelpDesk wizard.

I can successfully enter my URL, username and password, but when I hit install, I get the following:
9:38:13 AM: Installation started…
9:38:21 AM: HelpDesk instance is registered.
9:38:22 AM: Error occured during installation.

Is there a fix for this error? I’m getting this 401 error.

Could you, please, start the wizard one more time? You may download the latest version here. Probably there were some networking issues.
