Exception: Failure sending mail.

Could you please upgrade the product to the latest version.

After upgrade please create a workflow from scratch, please let me know about the result.
After installing latest product I am getting "Exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

can we send email with attachment to external people?
with SMTP setting I get "Object reference not set to an instance of the object"
If I remove SMTP and Port I get following error
Exception: Item does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.
Email without attachment is working fine.

Could you please restart the workflow I suppose it was a bug that we have already fixed.
Restarted many times, opened and closed workflow designer and rebooted system as well, same error.
Workflow email without attachment is working fine.
