Not sure if its just me but we werent experiencing this issue before. For some reason, I am unable to open list attachments from a list or library control. It was working a few days ago.
Usually I am able to open the attachments to an item directly from the form. Now an error is showing that it cannot locate the file.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Ok, after investigating these attachments it seems the list or library control option to open attachments directly from the form control doesn’t like ‘#’ in the name of the file. Any attachment with a ‘#’ was not opening. Any attachment without a ‘#’ it was opening just fine.
Is there a technical reason for this? The item still opens in dialogue and I can open the attachment as normal, but selecting the attachment button in the list control seems to not like attachments with a ‘#’.

Normally, such files cannot even be uploaded to SharePoint, it wil give an error:
Can you tell me what steps you took to upload them?

Normally you wouldnt be able to but it seems through power automate I am creating the file name with a # in it which then gets attached to an item. This was causing the problem and I have since now removed it.
