Feedback response page slow

We have had some feedback from our customers in regards to the option to rate the service on the ticket,

when click on one of the faces it seems to slow to load the page to point that they are giving up on rating the ticket.

Is there something we can do to improve this ?

Hello, Stefen. Are you able to reproduce the issue? For me, rating takes 4 seconds (clicking a face in a notification and loading the page with a form to submit) and submitting a comment - 8 seconds. What time does it take for you? When you've reproduced the issue, please export an HAR file (F12 => "Network" tab) and share it with me (in private messages).

Stefen, we'll improve feedback performance but for now there is no due date. I'll notify you once it's done.
