Filter some data in Excel then populate it to the form

Good day,
User will open form ,input idClient, by this field make some search in Excel, and then populate in form rows only with idClient equals input idClient. Is it possible? in excel more 200.000 rows

Are we talking about SP forms, SharePoint 2019? Your best bet would be to import Excel as a SharePoint list, set up an indexed field, and create a lookup to this field.

yes sharepoint 2019.
excel have many rows and must be exported periodicaly.. if i put in a list i think i will have 5000 per view issue

That's why I am saying to put an index to one of the fields, this way it will support larger lists as well.
