The forms don't load on SharePoint for some users.
We did check access and it is the same as another user that can access.

You will need to record logs for this specific user when opening a form, we'll need the HAR file in particular - Troubleshooting Plumsail Forms for SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365 — Plumsail SharePoint Forms Documentation
Please, ask to run it in Incognito mode so nothing is cached and make sure user has the same permissions as everyone else. We'll be able to understand why the access is blocked based on the HAR file.
