Form not visible by user

We have Plumsail Forms installed on our SharePoint Online tenant. The designer is installed on my local computer but the form is on a SharePoint Online list.

For some reason, I can get to the form no problem, but my regular users don't see the form when the page loads. Below is a picture of the form, that fully works on my account, and the non-loading form my regular users see.

Anyone have any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Dear @bnotestine,
Not sure, but likely users have no access - either to the list, or to the form itself. Make sure that users have the required permissions to Edit the list, and access to the Site Pages library as well.
