No data is being saved on form submission, which means our workflows are not firing.

Thank you for reporting this, we are looking into the problem.
You can re-enable 'Active submissions' and 'Save submissions' properties to resolve the issue.

I'm sorry for this situation. We've resolved the issue globally on our side.
The problem has affected a small number of forms. We are investigating what caused this problem to make sure that it will not happen in the future.
