Formset URL in email

Hi,

I have been trying to use the formset url in email but it always opens the default form:

https://company.sharepoint.com/teams/site/subsite/SitePages/PlumsailForms/Form/EditForm.aspx?FormID=77467b98-4b7e-41a8-ab9b-13e0890c1c97&item=430

Please let me know what I am doing wrong. The error I receive is no matching formset found.

Are you sure the Form Set ID is correct? Can you attach some screenshots?
