In IE11, the full screen view does not display correctly. It does work correctly in Google Chrome. I've attached a screenshot of what happens.

Unfortunately we were not able to reproduce the issue on our side. It works with IE11. Probably you use custom master page in your portal. You can contact support@plumsail.com. Probably our support team could connect to you remotely to analyze the issue on your side.
