I have a Public Form that allows users to register to volunteer with my organization (it has to be Public because the users are not part of my SharePoint organization). Part of the registration has the user enter their email address into a text field on the form, which then gets saved with the form submission. I would like to get a list of those saved email addresses so I can determine whether the current user is really a new volunteer or has already registered.

Not possible at the moment, unless you configure automation to save it somewhere, for example. inside of an Excel sheet, from which you can get the data.
