Trying to run this workflow directed at a Forms list on the site where Status equals Approved. I continually receive an Exception: List:'Name of Document' does not exist at site with URL 'https://servername/sites/hr'.
ApprovedHoping i'm just missing something simple.

I’ve gotten past the error as I had been trying to select the list via a lookup instead of just using /sites/hr/forms. The only problem now is that it isn’t giving me an error its just not returning any of the documents that are in the list.

I noticed that you use log to history to log the result.
