Get the Title Text of a Form Element in Power Automate (Workflow)

I have a form that requests information from drivers. I'd like to get the Title of the "Question" out of the output so I can use it to determine workflow steps depending on Question and answer. Also the questions may change over time so I'd like to be able to capture the question text. Is this possible? Currently I am Triggering the flow on a Form Submission then using Compose step with the Body to parse out the answers to the questions.

Do internal fide names matches field titles?

What is the purpose of your workflow? Are you creating SharepOint list item or something similar?
