We’ve been using your Plumsail forms product now for nearly two years however due to the Russia/Ukraine conflict we’ve started having concerns and reservations about the safety of using your product.
I have noticed that previously the majority of your colleagues were based out of St Petersburg and have now changed their locations to Serbia which I understand is a UN country – has this been done to ensure the safety of your colleagues and your product as a whole?
It would be useful to hear back from you and to get an understanding of whether we have to worry about continuing to use your software.

We understand your concerns, but rest assured, there's no need to worry. You can continue using the Plumsail product with confidence.
All of our servers were originally located in Europe and the Plumsail Company is now headquartered in the United States. As for our team, we have always been spread around the world. But recently, the core of our team has moved to Europe.
