Help activating my account

I used the trial version until the City of Nampa purchased a license. Our license is activated but I don't know how to give the client the license. It keeps saying that my trial has expired.

Please, try to clean the browser's cache, perhaps this information has just been cached and still displays.

If that won't help, please send us an email with your domain to support@plumsail.com to double-check if license activated for it.

I still can't activate my account. I have emailed support@plumsail.com twice and it has been returned undelivered both times.
