We are trying to add another instance of HelpDesk in a different site in our collection. However it is not available in the list of Apps available for installation? Any suggestions?
Hello Bruce. Please check whether HelpDesk is deployed to the web application where the site collection is placed:
If it is not, deploy it. After that, go to site collection features (in settings) and activate the solution:
