HelpDesk Report Legend

The legend on one of the standard reports is illegible because the text is on top of each other. Is there a way to fix this without Dashboard Designer?

Hello Jennifer! By default, the legend should be displayed on the right of the chart:

If it is not there, then most likely, someone edited it with Dashboard designer and I would advise to restore the default position:

But first, you could try to update HelpDesk to the latest version (2.1.16) and clear the browser cache. Also ensure, that you did not change the layout of the "Reports" page and did not add other web-parts on it. Custom CSS styles also may cause the issue.
