You seem to be using an old version of the editor. You can update to the latest version - make sure to install the latest version of the package to the app catalog first: Find the right app | Microsoft AppSource
Then, download and install the latest version of desktop editor here - Plumsail Account
In the latest version of the app, you can use CTRL + C and CTRL + V to copy and paste elements, such as the Data Table control. Older forms should be openable, though might need some adjustments as we've switched to a new engine for the editor.
