How to find Feature-ID to "Add Feature"

I would like to add the “OneNote Notebook” feature to a newly created site using the Add Feature action.

I get the feature ID from the URL displayed when deactivating the feature using the GUI.
Example: site/_layouts/15/DeactivateFeatu … Scope=Farm.

When using this in the Add Feature action, together with the new site URL in the SiteURL field, I get this error message:

Exception: Feature with Id ‘f151bb39-7c3b-414f-bb36-6bf18872052f’ is not installed in this farm, and cannot be added to this scope.

What am I doing wrong?
