How to fix this error at SharePoint

We used Plumsail to make org chat in our SharePoint a few weeks ago, and adjusted the layout many times, and it has been normal.
But today I found that after opening the org chart page that uses Plumsail, I found that it cannot be used normally.
The error code is as follows:
Something went wrong
If the problem persists, contact the site administrator and give them the information in Technical Details.

When I edit SharePoint page, it's no reaction when I click edit Plumsail app, it's have the same problem if I try to add new Plumsail app.
Could anyone help me fix this error?

We have the same error this morning, it looks like an error getting the files required for the org chart.

When we look at the errors inside Chrome we see the following:

GET https://orgchart-static.plumsail.com/app/3.5.34/plumsail-org-chart-bundle.js net::ERR_FAILED

I tried to download a new version and that can't find the file, so it seems like the issue needs to be resolved by Plumsail on their end. We have logged a job with their support already but waiting to hear back from them.

Just to add, the version of the org chart we have installed is v3.5.36.0, released April 2022. Not sure if this could be part of the issue? Hopefully someone at Plumsail can advise soon.

No OrgChart showing.

Hello everyone,

Yesterday we migrated Org Chart to a new hosting platform and we expected the migration to go seamless. However, the server suddenly went down a few hours after the migration, affecting all Org Chart services. The issue occurred yesterday around 11 AM and continued until 2 AM (GMT-4) today.

The operation of the hosting server has been restored and the issue was no longer observed since then. The team and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
