Hello! The "field names" contains only the fields that SharePoint user profiles have. The field "SPS-UserType" is a default system field and is not intended for storing the the mentioned type of information. I would advise you to create a custom profile property and fill it with the type of employment because SharePoint does have a field specifically for this purpose. Then, use that field to assign an accordant class to the current box in custom JavaScript and set the custom styles for each employment type. Please follow the approach described in this article.
