How to move a ticket from solved to closed after four days?

In this case we need the logs and network data I requested here. Also after reproducing the issue, please download and share the logs of the task too.

For anyone that checks out this thread later, we went back to the power automate flow option and ran into this issue yet again in which only 20 or so tickets would be changed at any one time. Seems stupidly simple in hindsight but enabling pagination and setting a 5000 threshold on the “Get_items” action fixed the issue for us. This is the best way to approach this issue or similar issues. Thanks, Evgeniy!
