This gets loaded on the fd_Item_New.aspx form.
i would like to replace it with local jquery files due to bandwidth issues.

We don’t have such links either in HelpDesk forms or in Forms Designer. What kind of forms are we talking about? Is it in HelpDesk? Is it edited with help of Plumsail Forms Designer? Could please send a screenshot of the page itself?

Hi,

The page itself doesn't look like the original helpdesk anymore. but below is screen shot of the dev tools.

For some reason I had to edit the New Form with the stand-alone forms designer and not the designer that's build into helpdesk.
