I granted permission to an account, but the permission disappears after first login

First of all, there is an account never login the sharepoint site.
And I granted this account the permission to an item in a list

However, this read permission will disappear after the account first login to my site.

Please help to fix. Is that a bug on sharepoint?

You need to contact MS support on the matter or you can try granting access to the SharePoint Item using Plumsail Actions. You can find the instructions here:
