I do see the new feature with coloring the boxes and creating legends, but I have been asked to try to put labels at the top of the columns. It seems the colors by department or job title isn’t going to work because there is some overlap within the columns. We want the columns to have Office labels, but our AD isn’t set up for that. We also can’t get folks to align on colors at this time. Any ideas on how I can insert my own labels like I can when adding titles to legends?

Labels for grouped employees are planned and on our roadmap, and we expect to target this feature for a soon-to-come version.
In the meantime, you might be able to achieve similar results using custom code.
