Hi,
We installed a trial version of the On Premise Org Chart, and subsequently bought developer licences for our WFEs. The licences have been added to the Root folder of each web application, in each WFE, however I still see ‘Trial version will expire in 15 days’ ob the charts.
I have tried clearing cache, doing an iis reset, a server restart and even tried completely reinstalling the org chart however it’s still there. Is this because it is the dev environment?

Could you please let me know if the expiration message changes counting the days down? Or does it keep showing information about 15 days?

It is consistently showing 15 days, installed 19 days ago
