License Expire error but have active subscription

When we go into our list settings on one of the lists in our helpdesk it gives us the below error.

We have an active annual license that was purchased on 4/7/2021. We have 3 instances of the helpdesk and only 1 of the 3 show license expired.

The https://hirschbach.sharepoint.com/sites/hirschbachServices-IT is still showing the error.

We don't have the problem instance in our database, perhaps, you changed its URL. Could you specify what URL it has earlier?

I did finally get an answer as of what previous URL was. They said it was https://hirschbach.sharepoint.com/sites/hirschbachServices

Please clear the browser cache and check whether the issue persists.
