I have a form that uploads to SharePoint, however the users cannot have access to the SharePoint site. It works fine, but I want to limit who can access the form. I want only those with who I have shared the link to the form to be able to submit. Is there a way to limit the link to only be accessible to a certain list of users?

You can share the link to the form with those users only who should fill in and submit the form.
Are you considering a paid support option?
Also, we can implement authorization via MS Account so that you can check the user name and either grant or restrict submitting the form.
