List control dialog mode opens blank sub-form

Hi!

I have a list/library control pointing to a list on the same site, and using a lookup field to link to the parent form. This works well in inline mode, but dialog mode opens a blank rectangle as shown below.

I can see the 302 redirect response when I try to open the sub-form. The URL in the “Location” is correct and I can open the sub-form successfully in another tab.

How do I solve this problem, please?

Are there any form sets or custom routing in the child list?
Could you share a screenshot of the browser's console (F12), a HAR log, and the form's export file?

There are no form sets or custom routing in either the parent or child forms.

Here’s what I’m seeing in the console.

I don’t think I can share the HAR log on a public site, and the same probably goes for the form export, although I don’t know what information would be in that. I’m happy to send these to you privately, if that’s OK.
