Hi there . I can't see the lookup control in the list of controls on the left sidebar.
I'm using Firefox browser , and I don't intend to work with SharePoint. The last two controls I see in the options are "Ink Sketch" and "Likert Scale."
I'm reading that the lookup control is also available for non-SharePoint forms.
is it available only on paid versions ?

The Lookup control is a SharePoint Forms specific control. You can replicate Lookup control's functionality in Public Web Forms with Dropdown field, for example, if you use Excel as Data Source - Drop Down field — Public web forms
