I have a SharePoint form with lookup fields. When completed in Plumsail Forms for SharePoint the data appears to be recorded. If the item is reopened in Plumsail the data is still there. But if the data is viewed in the native SharePoint List it is missing.

This is an unusual behavior. Could you share more about your setup?
- Is it a regular lookup field or a Lookup Control?
- Please provide a screenshot of the lookup configuration in the Designer. We need to see what is selected as the display field.
- Does this happen for any lookup or just for these two?
- Which version of forms do you use (Online or On-Premises)? Is it the latest version?
- Are there any automations or JavaScript that could edit these items?
