Hi,
Is it possible to generate separate documents for multiple fields in a data table? For example, I need to have the form submitter add a list of names to the table and would like a document generated for each one using a template.

Do you use Plumsail Forms? If yes check out the integration examples. You can modify some of them to work with your case.
If it's not the Plumsail Forms case, then please check other integrations
