Is it possible to make the Org Chart responsive in modern SharePoint? Obviously it's still usable on a mobile device with dragging, clicking etc, but it doesn't scale appropriately.

Please elaborate on how you wish the Org Chart to look on your mobile device. Do you want to automatically rescale the Org chart to fit the screen width? Or change the layout (for example, to left-to-right) to better fit your device? Both ways have their own pros and cons, I think but are targeted towards the same goal.
