Make specific Data Table rows editable?

I'm looking at a Data Table where I want certain users to only be able to update their own corresponding row - I can easily match up the row with their username with logic, that isn't an issue.

What I'd like to know, is it possible to just make a single row in a datatable editable, but all other rows read only?

Currently, it is not possible to disable rows in Data Table control.
